For Michigan athletic director Warde Manuel, some things are set in stone. The landscape of college football continues to evolve, and with it comes more primetime games, as well as more Friday night games in the Big Ten, which is a part of the conference’s new TV deal.
That may be what a considerable number of teams are doing, but Michigan isn’t among that list — Manuel is ensuring that.
“Absolutely not to (playing more than two night home games per year),” Manuel told the university’s Conqu’ring Heroes podcast. “And absolutely, absolutely not to Friday night.
