ROSEMONT, Ill. -- With senior guard Derrick Walton Jr.'s selection, the University of Michigan men's basketball team made it five straight years with a Wolverine on the Preseason All-Big Ten team as announced by the conference and BTN Live today (Tuesday, Oct. 11).
The Detroit native earns his career conference preseason accolade and helps U-M extend its streak to five straight years with a Wolverine selected. Walton joins Trey Burke (2012-13), Glenn Robinson III (2013-14), Mitch McGary (2013-14) and Caris LeVert (2014-15, 2015-16) on the Maize and Blue streak.
