Viramontes decommits from Michigan

Norco (Calif.) athlete Victor Viramontes committed to the Wolverines in June after attending a Michigan satellite camp and receiving an offer, but announced late Sunday evening that he was reopening his recruitment.

“After talking it over with my family, I have decided to decommit from the University of Michigan and reopen my recruiting process,” Viramontes stated on Twitter. “I’d like to thank personally Coach Harbaugh and the staff for the great opportunity! I would also like to thank the Michigan fans for being great along the process! I wish Michigan the best of luck.
