ANN ARBOR -- John Beilein yelled at his team, bringing a practice drill to a halt. He didn't like the lack of focus, not two days before Michigan will learn its NCAA Tournament draw and a week before its opening game.
"There's a reason there are only 68 teams left," Beilein barked. "They're all good. They're all freakin' good. You've got to execute the little things."
Michigan held a practice and intra-squad scrimmage on Friday at Crisler Center, open to the media and Maize Rage members. After winning last week's Big Ten Tournament, Beilein wants the Wolverines to stay sharp before the Big Dance.
