Michigan’s redshirt junior running back didn’t want to identify the injuries or illness that limited him to two carries combined in the Northwestern and Michigan State games.
“I had a little setback, aches and creaks in the bone,” he said this week. “I’m old now, I’m 21, and it takes a little wear and tear on you sometimes. I got back, and I’m good now.”
He still dressed for the games but was not in a position to do much. Against Northwestern, he was able to plunge in for a short touchdown with U-M near the goal line, but he only had two carries.
