The man who will call the shots on the offensive side of the ball talks Harbaugh's influence and the development of the guys up front.
Jim Harbaugh brought in a coaching staff from all corners of the country when he was hired as Michigan's new man in charge back in December.
The staff is made up of men who have coached all the highest levels of football. They could have had jobs anywhere, but chose to work for Harbaugh, who's personality rubs off on those who spend time around him.
"Jim is a tremendous competitor, you don't find a guy who likes to compete like him and he's got tremendous respect for the game of football," he said.
