One day after the Michigan Wolverines’ streak of 25-straight years with a player selected in the draft was extended, three more were taken off the board. Freshman forward Thomas Bordeleau, freshman forward Jacob Truscott and 2021 defenseman Ethan Edwards saw their names called in the final day of the 2020 NHL Draft.
Bordeleau, who spent the last two seasons with the United States National Team Development Program (USNTDP), came off the board on the draft’s final day with the San Jose Sharks selecting him in the second round with the No. 38 overall pick.
