With Michigan's basketball team headed to the Final Four for the first time since 2013, Trey Burke's name has come up plenty over the last week or so.
But it isn't just Burke's connection to the Wolverines. It's his play with the New York Knicks that's making the biggest headlines.
In his second start this season Monday night, Burke dropped a career-high 42 points in an overtime loss to the Charlotte Hornets.
He had 35 after halftime, and was 19 of 31 shooting overall with 12 assists. According to the New York Post, Burke is the first Knicks player to go 40 and 12 since Bernard King in 1985.
