The Michigan Wolverines used a late run in the first half to seize control and eventually take down the Miami (Ohio) Redhawks in the Fort Myers Tip-Off opener on Monday at Crisler Center. Michigan trailed, 30-27, before guard Tre Donaldson sparked a 15-6 run to end the half and take momentum into the locker room, which carried into a dominant second half.
Just moments after Miami took the lead in the first half, Donaldson knocked down a pair of three-pointers and found Vlad Goldin for a wide open dunk to help the Wolverines go on a 10-0 run.
