One of the most underrated parts of recruiting is a program’s ability to flip top players that are committed elsewhere. High schoolers change their minds all the time, and being able to entice these players to flip by falling in love with your school is a huge bonus. As of this writing, the top ranked 2025 player in Michigan’s class is a prospect who flipped to Michigan from Notre Dame in four-star safety Ivan Taylor.
