ANN ARBOR - Michigan will make the most of the last days heading into a recruiting dead period.
The Wolverines will host a slew of commits and top targets this weekend for official and unofficial visits prior to the dead period, which is Dec. 12 through Jan. 11. The group is headlined by a pair of 2017 five-star prospects in running back and Alabama commit Najee Harris from Antioch High School in California and wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones from Detroit Cass Tech.
Harris, the No. 1 overall prospect in the 2017 class, has been committed to Alabama since April 2015 but is still being pursued by the Wolverines and will take an official visit this weekend.
