Michigan travels to Maryland this weekend after it’s back-to-back top 10 showdowns and while this shouldn’t be an overly difficult game for the Wolverines, it’s still an important game as the season winds down.
The two programs have only played eight times, with five of them coming since the Terrapins joined the Big Ten. During Jim Harbaugh’s tenure at U-M, the teams have played four times, with Michigan winning each game.
The Wolverines lead the overall series 7-1, the only loss coming in 2014.
Here’s a look back at the four meetings with Harbaugh at the helm:
2018: Michigan 42, Maryland 21 in Ann Arbor
Michigan let Maryland hang around in this one, taking only a 17-7 lead into halftime.
