Josh Ross, a four-star linebacker from Orchard Lake St. Mary's, on Tuesday morning committed to Michigan's 2017 recruiting class.
Ross announced his commitment on WTKA-AM 1050 on The Michigan Insider show with Sam Webb.
Ross (6-2, 225) is the sixth commitment in Michigan's 2017 class.
Ross is the younger brother of James Ross, who was a senior linebacker on Michigan's 2015 team.
“After I sat down with Don Brown I knew it was time,” Josh Ross told The Michigan Insider about the Wolverines' new defensive coordinator. “Just based on what he showed me with that defense, it fits me perfectly.
