Sherrone Moore provides encouraging injury update on Michigan CB Will Johnson

The Michigan Wolverines pulled off the upset over USC at the Big House on Saturday, but it wasn’t without some nicks and bruises along the way. The injuries were piled up before the game even began — safety Jaden Mangham and true freshman running back Jordan Marshall were ruled out via the injury report, as was star tight end Colston Loveland.

During the game, tight end Marlin Klein seemed to have came up gimpy on the game-winning drive, while star cornerback Will Johnson wasn’t on the field for USC’s final two drives of the game. Despite not being available during pivotal moments in the game, head coach Sherrone Moore gave an encouraging update on Johnson’s injury status after the game to the local media.
