The offensive gameplan is going to be even more of a collaborative effort in 2021. Michigan offensive coordinator Josh Gattis is no longer the only individual with that title. Former tight ends coach Sherrone Moore is shifting to co-offensive coordinator, as well as taking over as offensive line coach after Ed Warinner wasn’t retained.
Michigan officially announced this staff move on Monday, along with the hiring of Ron Bellamy as receivers coach, and Jay Harbaugh moving to tight ends coach along with retaining his duties as special teams coordinator.
Moore is considered to be one of Michigan’s best recruiters, and was a coach on the rise during his time at Central Michigan.
