With the start of the 2024 college football season fast approaching, position battles are raging all across fall camp for the Michigan Wolverines. Several new players on both sides of the ball are going to need to step up after so much offseason attrition.
As a result, some relatively unknown names are stepping into the spotlight, including some true freshmen that might be relied on to play a role early in their college careers.
One freshman that has been gaining steam in camp has been running back Jordan Marshall. Marshall, a four-star recruit and the top ranked player in Michigan’s 2024 class, enrolled in the summer and faces an uphill battle to get extended playing time, but he’s making it a possibility with his play so far.
