Ryan LaMarre turns 30-years-old today, but that hasn't deterred him from going as aggressively as ever on his big league adventure.
On Tuesday evening, it was announced that LaMarre signed a minor league deal with the Atlanta Braves. He will head to spring training with the team in Kissimmee, Fla., hoping to earn a spot on the major league roster.
Last year, LaMarre earned a non-roster invitee position to the Minnesota Twins spring training and parlayed that into the final spot on the 25-man major league roster and a start in the Twins home opener.
The Braves are the seventh organization for LaMarre since 2015, following time with the Reds, Red Sox, Angels, Athletics, Twins and White Sox.
