The Michigan Wolverines football team boasts some of college football’s best and brightest young minds. Head coach Jim Harbaugh has gone on record stating each of his assistant coaches will eventually be head coaches.
The Indiana Hoosiers appear to have gotten the memo.
According to a Tuesday night report by 247Sports, the Hoosiers have reached out to interview Mike Hart for their head coach opening. Among the names interviewing with Hart are current offensive coordinator, Rod Carey, as well as Eastern Michigan head coach Chris Creighton.
Hart has served as the Wolverines’ running backs coach since Jim Harbaugh recruited him away from Indiana in 2021.
