And he's tapping a familiar place for a familiar face.
The Michigan football program plans to hire University of San Diego offensive coordinator Tanner Engstrand as an offensive analyst, reports ESPN's Adam Rittenberg.

Engstrand, a former quarterback at San Diego State, has spent the last 13 years at the University of San Diego, where he got his coaching break as a graduate assistant under Harbaugh in 2005 and 2006.
