Michigan Wolverines offensive coordinator Josh Gattis was heading into a contract year this upcoming season, but the football program has ensured that will no longer be the case. According to a FOIA request from the folks over at MLive, Michigan has extended Gattis through the 2022 season.
Gattis signed a new contract with the program in April that managed to be kept under wraps despite new hires and adjustments taking place everywhere. Aaron McMann’s report states that he is now set to coordinate Michigan’s offense through Jan. 10, 2023, and he will receive a pay raise in 2022.
