Reggie Lynch has been recommended for expulsion, but in the meantime, he's still being allowed to practice with Minnesota's basketball team.
The former Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year was last week found to be responsible for misconduct in an alleged sexual assault that occurred in April 2016.
Lynch is appealing the ruling from Minnesota's Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action (EOAA), but that now means Lynch allegedly was involved in incidents with three separate women from April-May 2016.
He initially was arrested and suspended from the team then, but was reinstated in September and played the entire 2016-17 season.
