Why can't Jim Harbaugh recruit good offensive linemen? — A vicario
Truth be told, he can recruit good offensive linemen. The Wolverines already have one of the top offensive guard prospects in the nation committed in 2019 in Akron (Ohio) Archbishop Hoban's Nolan Rumler. Harbaugh landed the top two in-state offensive tackles in 2018, Jaylen Mayfield and Ryan Hayes, and got the top center in the nation the year before that in Cesar Ruiz. The bigger question is why are these guys not developing in college?
