The mother of star Michigan defensive end Rashan Gary is speaking out about the health of her son.
And she says he's not playing until he's "fully recovered."
Jennifer Coney-Shepherd, in a Facebook message to "The Winged Helmet," says Gary has been playing through an injury suffered a week before the season started -- one head coach Jim Harbaugh has revealed to be to the acrocmioclavicular joint in his shoulder.
"He decided that he could play through it & rehab during the week," Coney-Shepherd wrote in the message, posted Wednesday morning. "However, at UM its all or nothing and daily practice is just like a game.
