Rashan Gary says Michigan's defense still has another level to hit

ANN ARBOR -- If you think the Michigan defense has been good the first three weeks, stick around for a few more.

At least that's the message from sophomore defensive end Rashan Gary, who told reporters on Monday the Don Brown-led group still has plenty of room for improvement.

Michigan already ranks fifth in the nation in total defense (208.0 yards per game allowed), sixth in sacks and ninth in rushing defense (82.3 ypg).

"We haven't really started opening up yet," Gary said. "That's the scary but most funnest part. We haven't started opening up our defense yet.
