Going into last season, the Buckeyes had big shoes to fill at linebacker with Ryan Shazier moving on to the next level. Perry already had one year as a starter under his belt, but stepped up to another level of play, making 124 tackles, including 8.5 for a loss and three sacks over the course of Ohio State’s extended 15 game season. He was named second-team All-Big Ten by the media, earning honorable mention recognition from the conference coaches.
