One of the great attributes of Michigan quarterback Jake Rudock is his steadiness.
It's a trait that football coach Jim Harbaugh raves about, something he said he admires and would like to emulate. The consistency has helped Rudock improve all season.
It showed on the final play of regulation Saturday at Indiana, when Rudock hit Jehu Chesson for the overtime-forcing touchdown in the 48-41 win. Rudock was just as steady in the huddle as in any one before it, center Graham Glasgow said.
And that is a regular feature in the quarterback room for Rudock, who shared the Big Ten player of the week award with teammate Jehu Chesson, after throwing for 440 yards and a program-record six touchdowns.
