Jim Harbaugh made a huge reshuffling of assistant coaches this offseason. Replacing Don Brown is Mike Macdonald, who has turned the defense around in quick time. Other coaches like cornerbacks coach Steve Clinkscale, linebackers coach George Helow and running backs coach Mike Hart have also been praised for the work they have put in.
