The Michigan Wolverines pulled off a thrilling 27-24 victory over Minnesota on Saturday at the Big House. It was a tale of two halves yet again, as Michigan was up 24-3 before only winning by a field goal.
Give credit when it’s due — PJ Fleck and the Golden Gophers never stopped fighting. They put together quality drive after quality drive and had a hell of a fourth quarter where they put up 109 total yards and 21 points. They also went 2-of-2 on fourth downs and had eight first downs in the final 15 minutes of the game.
