PFF snap counts, grades for Michigan’s win over USC

The Michigan Wolverines’ offense struggled for most of the second half, failing to secure a first down until a late surge propelled them to a 27-24 win over No. 11 USC. With just over two minutes left, Kalel Mullings ripped off a 63-yard run, putting the Wolverines in position for the game-winning touchdown.

The game was an instant classic, filled with non-stop action. Michigan’s defense dominated the first half, stifling USC’s run game. However, the Trojans regrouped in the second half, gaining momentum and control, particularly on defense.

Despite a massive drop-off of momentum in the second half, the Wolverines still managed to secure a strong overall performance grade of 81.
