Former Michigan center Patrick Kugler was one of the veteran leaders on the offensive line this past season. Even though his playing days are behind him at the university, that doesn’t mean he still can’t be a leader to his former teammates.
Being a leader is exactly what he still plans on doing at Michigan, as he announced yesterday on Instagram he accepted a role as an offensive line graduate assistant coach with the team.
According to NCAA.org, graduate assistants and postgraduate internships “assist in the transition to life after college sports and help identify the next step to becoming a full-time athletics administrator.
