ANN ARBOR, MI - In Jim Harbaugh's first year as head football coach at the University of Michigan, he drew more fans to Michigan Stadium and more vehicles to the nearby Pioneer High School parking lot.
Gameday parking at Ann Arbor's Pioneer High School lot brought in about $1.03 million during the 2015 football season - Harbaugh's first season as head coach, when the team went 10-3.
That's up from $745,700 generated from the Pioneer lot for the same number of football games in the 2014 season - when enthusiasm for UM's football program lagged during a 5-7 season under previous coach Brady Hoke.
