After failing on a fourth-down try on their first possession, Georgia kept its foot on the gas, using some trickery on its next drive as Kenny McIntosh threw a halfback pass to Adonai Mitchell for an 18-yard touchdown strike to put the Bulldogs up 14-0 just more than 10 minutes into the game.
