Tate Martell, who was the No. 2 QB behind Dwayne Haskins as a redshirt freshman last season, has put his name in the NCAA transfer portal, according to The Columbus Dispatch.
If indeed Martell transfers, the former 4-star recruit out of Las Vegas would have to sit out the 2019 season.
