The arrows are coming at John Beilein from some fans and media.
The Michigan basketball coach's team is on the NCAA tournament bubble -- and maybe on the wrong side of it -- after losing four of its last five games.
But heading into Thursday's contest against Northwestern in the Big Ten tournament (noon, BTN), he has an ally in Wildcats coach Chris Collins, who is well aware of the impact of U-M losing Caris LeVert and Spike Albrecht to injuries.
"His best player got hurt. If they had Caris LeVert, I don't think they're in this position at all -- and they're still in a great position to go to the NCAA tournament (now)," Collins said on the Big Ten teleconference today.
