Michigan football has yet to decide upon a starting kicker, and neither Quinn Nordin nor Jake Moody is making this an easy decision.
Nordin, a redshirt junior, and Moody, a sophomore, have battled over the starting job for nearly a year. Nordin, who made 19-of-24 attempts in 2017 en route to being named a Lou Groza Award semifinalist, began 2018 as the starter.
That lasted until he went 3-for-7 during a stretch against Wisconsin, Michigan State and Penn State, then fell ill before the game against Indiana on Nov.
