Two former NFL replacement players from Michigan and Michigan State are finally being given Super Bowl rings after more than three decades.
Former Michigan linebacker Carlton Rose and former Michigan State linebacker Derek Bunch are among those getting rings for their contributions to helping the Washington Redskins go 3-0 on their way to a championship in 1987.
The pair were among those who crossed the picket line during the 1987 NFL strike but had been denied recognition for their part in the team's final record.
Last year's ESPN 30-for-30 documentary titled "Year of the Scab" illustrated the hard feelings felt during that time period and in the aftermath.
