CHICAGO — As Michigan State left the court at the United Center, fresh off a win over Wisconsin in the semifinals of the Big Ten tournament, Michigan lined up in preparation to take the court for its game against Minnesota.
The two teams crossed paths briefly. And to be truthful, those in attendance might not have complained had the two teams simply took the court together and played a day early.
