Brad Robbins quickly said yes to the scholarship offer to play football at Michigan. But his mother needed a bit more convincing. From coach Jim Harbaugh.
“My mom is not big on the recruiting process. Her only interpretation is what she sees on TV, so my mom wanted to meet coach Harbaugh,” Robbins said today, one day after he officially signed with the Wolverines as the 30th player in the 2017 class. “She wants to meet every coach. So she wanted to meet coach Harbaugh before I finally made my decision.”
It made for an interesting conversation when Robbins accepted the offer last week, as Harbaugh still had some selling to do.
