Michigan's Shea Patterson: 'Amazing feeling' to have Tarik Black back

Michigan football receiver Tarik Black dressed for his team’s win over Michigan State two weeks ago. He stepped onto the field for a play — but the Wolverines called timeout and Black ended up not playing a snap.

The sophomore made his return Saturday against Penn State, coming back from a foot injury suffered in late August before the season opener at Notre Dame.

It was the first game Black played a snap in since last year's game vs. Air Force on Sept. 16, 2017, when he suffered a season-ending injury late in the fourth quarter.
