ANN ARBOR -- Michigan's rushing attack remains up in the air ahead of its Big Ten opener this weekend.
Running backs Chris Evans and Karan Higdon, the latter of which did not play in the Wolverines' 45-20 win over SMU, are banged up and are "day to day" for Saturday's game against Nebraska (Noon, FS1).
"Both have been," head coach Jim Harbaugh said Monday during his weekly news conference. "Chris is working through something new now. Karan had been working through something.
"No real status to give."
Higdon, a fifth-year senior, dressed on Saturday but did not play.
