Michigan's Peach Bowl collapse sends program into another long winter

ATLANTA — The Florida Gators came to Atlanta this week as an excited football program with a first-year head coach and nothing but optimism for the future.

And the results reflected as such.

For the second straight game, Michigan's offense plodded and its defense collapsed. And for the third straight year, the Wolverines will enter the offseason with a loss, this time by way of a 41-15 drubbing at the hands of coach Dan Mullen's Florida program.

Michigan finishes 10-3 for the third time in Jim Harbaugh's four years as head coach.
