MOBILE, Ala. — It was a business decision, and one he didn’t take lightly, but ultimately Karan Higdon said he made the choice that was right for his future when he decided to skip Michigan’s Peach Bowl loss to Florida last month.
“I wrestled with it a lot,” Higdon said Tuesday at the Senior Bowl. “I really didn’t think about it until after the Ohio State game and once things died down, found out we were playing in the Peach Bowl, there was a conversation that had to be had and decisions that had to be made, one way or another.
