Michigan basketball's first game without Isaiah Livers did not end well.
Despite a late comeback that saw the Wolverines take the final shot for the win, Michigan lost to Ohio State, 68-67, in the semifinals of the Big Ten tournament on Saturday afternoon.
With Livers, the team's star forward and second team All-Big Ten selection out indefinitely due to a stress injury to his right foot, Michigan struggled to score, shooting 35.1% from the field. Yet U-M put together a late 7-0 run to cut the deficit to just one, forcing three consecutive turnovers.
