Michigan’s best Week 4 NFL performances: Tom Brady sets all-time passing record

It was mainly ex-Michigan Wolverine defenders who shined in Week 4 of the NFL season, but the GOAT did something pretty extraordinary as well. We’ll dive in a bit deeper in this week’s best performances from former members of the Michigan football program.

Tom Brady

22-of-43, 269 yards

That stat line isn’t sexy by any means, but when one of those 22 completed passes ended up being the pass that broke Drew Brees’ all-time passing yards record in the NFL, you have to include Brady here.

He only needed 68 yards passing entering the game to do it, and he did it while connecting with wide receiver Mike Evans on a 28-yard pass very early in the game.
