ANN ARBOR -- Michigan didn't get much in the way of production from its offense on Saturday.
But there was one play on special teams that give it a jolt, and Ambry Thomas is being recognized for it.
The sophomore from Detroit was named co-special teams player of the week by the Big Ten on Monday, for his 99-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in Michigan's 24-17 loss to Notre Dame.
