Ann Arbor —Michigan receiver A.J. Henning turned heads during his tackle-breaking 61-yard punt return for a touchdown last weekend, but it was his appearance in the backfield that piqued interest.
Henning has a varied skill set that Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh has said he wants to put to use. In the blowout win over Connecticut last Saturday in the final nonconference game, Henning had 105 all-purpose yards, including four catches for 37 yards and also a 3-yard run.
