Michigan's women's basketball announced Friday that it has postponed Saturday's game at Illinois "due to COVID-19 related concerns within the program."
"The decision was made by the Michigan Athletic Department in consultation with medical professionals," the program said in a statement. "Both institutions will work with the Big Ten Conference to identify potential rescheduling options later this season."
The Wolverines are 5-0 and last played Butler on Dec. 9, winning, 93-54.
The day after that game, the Bulldogs announced that they would "pause team activities in accordance with COVID-19 protocols" and postponed their next three games.
