Fans of the Michigan Wolverines have been hoping that Michigan basketball would make another move or two in the transfer portal.
However, it’s been all quiet. That is until Wednesday when Jose Perez of West Virginia, who formerly played at Manhattan, Gardner-Webb, and Marquette, entered the transfer portal.
Perez is an interesting player. He sat out last season because he couldn’t get a waiver from the NCAA but was the MAAC Player of the Year in 2021-22 when he averaged 18.
