After missing on a string of cornerback targets over the past few months, Michigan football has added a second commitment at the position after Jeremiah Lowe committed to the Michigan Wolverines on Thursday.
Lowe is a three-star prospect ranked 1,089 overall via the 247 Sports composite rankings.
