Coming off of a dominant win last week against a young Oregon State team, Michigan looks to carry its momentum from that game into the noon kickoff Saturday against UNLV.
Both UM’s Jim Harbaugh and UNLV’s Tony Sanchez are in their first seasons as coaches of their respective teams, but Sanchez’ Rebels come limping into Ann Arbor after a 37-3 shellacking at the hands of UCLA last weekend. This matchup could provide a similar result as UNLV gave up 288 yards on the ground to the Bruins and Michigan will surely look to do the same, pounding the ball on the ground.
